Adam Barshay is the co-owner of PMI South Bay LA, where he oversees the management of multifamily and commercial properties throughout the South Bay and Greater Los Angeles area. With more than 25 years of real estate experience, Adam brings a unique owner's perspective to property management, having personally invested in, renovated, financed, and managed hundreds of residential and commercial properties.
Before focusing on property management, Adam founded and operated a successful real estate brokerage and has been involved in more than $500 million in real estate transactions. His background includes acquisitions, leasing, construction management, asset repositioning, and investment analysis, giving clients a comprehensive understanding of every aspect of owning investment real estate.
Adam's philosophy is simple: manage every property as if it were his own. By combining proactive communication, financial oversight, preventative maintenance, and a hands-on approach, he is committed to maximizing property value while providing exceptional service to both owners and tenants.

Charlotte Ecker serves as the Property Supervisor for PMI South Bay LA, overseeing a diverse portfolio of multifamily, residential, and commercial properties. She is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to property owners and tenants by coordinating day-to-day operations, supervising maintenance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and protecting the long-term value of each asset.
